Shipping Information

At Yoho & Co, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about receiving your order!

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $7.50 for Express Urban, $13 for Rural
  • Free Shipping: Spend over $140 and shipping is on us!

To avoid delays, please double-check that you select the correct delivery option at checkout. If you’re in a rural area, remember to select rural to ensure smooth delivery. We have the right to hold your order until the correct shipping is arranged if you have not paid for Rural shipping. 

NZ Deliveries

We ship all our products with NZ Post and aim to have your order on its way within 1-2 business days. During storewide sales, there may be minor delays, but we’ll do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Order by 12 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and we’ll likely get it to the same-day courier pick-up. NZ Post typically delivers overnight to central city areas. However, on some days, delivery may take 2-4 business days, depending on local conditions. For rural deliveries, please allow up to 5 working days.

In-Stock 

Every product on our site is stocked by us here at Yoho & Co – we don’t do drop shipping or pre-orders. This means your items are ready to ship directly from our warehouse in sunny Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.

Lost

If your parcel is marked as delivered by NZ Post but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and confirming the address used at checkout. Please contact NZ Post directly to investigate. While we will assist where possible, Yoho & Co cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Important Details

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate. If you’re sending to a business, include the business name and a contact number so we can reach out if needed.

Please note: Pickup service is not available.
